I spent 20 years building and leading strategic HR functions in the federal sector — one of the most complex, compliance-intensive, and high-stakes HR environments that exists. I've navigated workforce restructuring, federal employment law, large-scale hiring initiatives, and the kind of employee relations challenges that most HR professionals never face.

Before HR, I served as a United States Marine Corps Scout Sniper. That background shapes everything about how I work: precision over guesswork, discipline over shortcuts, mission clarity before action. I don't miss details. I don't pad timelines. And I don't leave a client exposed.

What exactly is "fractional HR"?

How are you different from an HR software platform?
